These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Roll Ready mobile application and website at roll-ready.com (together, the "Service"), operated by Roll Ready ("we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
Roll Ready is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables commercial vehicle operators in Ontario, Canada to complete, sign, store, and retrieve daily vehicle inspection reports in compliance with Ontario Regulation 199/07, Schedule 1 under the Highway Traffic Act (HTA).
The Service includes a mobile application (iOS), a web dashboard, and backend data storage for inspection records, defect photos, fleet information, and driver profiles. Features vary by subscription tier.
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and update the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
Roll Ready is offered on the following monthly subscription plans, billed in Canadian dollars (CAD):
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. A valid credit card is required to start a trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your card will be charged for the first billing cycle at your selected plan rate.
Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis starting on the date your trial ends (or on the date you subscribe if you skip the trial). Payment is processed by Stripe. By providing your payment method, you authorize us to charge you automatically on each billing date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the account settings in the app or by emailing support@roll-ready.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months. After cancellation, your account remains accessible until the end of the paid period, after which it becomes inactive.
We may change subscription pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price change takes effect for existing subscribers.
