Common questions

I can’t log in.

Make sure you’re using the email address your fleet admin registered for you. If you recently reset your password, wait a minute and try again.

I’m a driver and I wasn’t invited.

Drivers are added to Roll Ready by their fleet admin in Settings → Drivers. Ask your admin to add your email so you can sign up.

My inspection didn’t upload.

Roll Ready works offline — your inspection is saved locally and submits automatically once you’re back on signal. You’ll see it on your dashboard once it syncs.

How do I show an inspector my last inspection?

From the driver dashboard, tap Roadside View. It loads from cache, so it works without signal.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Admins can manage billing through the Stripe customer portal linked from Settings. Email support if you can’t find it.
